Every Victorian is eligible to join their local Skills.net project as a member and receive Internet training and access. The Skills.net program offers subsidised low cost or free Internet training and access is offered to those Victorians who do not otherwise have access to the Net. If you wish to join a project, check whether you may become a Skills.net member at your local centre by clicking here for a short eligibility test.
